 Magformers are a great learning toy. They are gifts but there is no doubt in my mind that the boys will love them. I bought him the Magformers XL Cruisers for his birthday and he pronounced it his "favorite awesome gift". He was creating vehicles that were not ones on the suggested pictures list immediately. Magformers rock when it comes to kids using their minds to create things and now with XL Cruisers they can create vehicles too! I had fun playing with him too, I will be ordering more sets of these for him for Christmas so we can have more pieces to play with together.
